By using Counters, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Nature of Service

Counters is provided as a free, unpaid service. It is offered "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

2. Service Availability & Discontinuation

We strive to keep the service online, but please be aware that:

• The service may be discontinued at any time if hosting or maintenance becomes an undue burden on the provider.
• In the event of a planned shutdown, we commit to providing a data extraction tool or functionality for a reasonable period to allow users to retrieve their counter data before the service is fully taken offline.

3. Acceptable Use

We expect users to use the service fairly and responsibly. We reserve the right to:

• Block accounts that exhibit abusive behavior, such as attempting to exploit the API or disrupt the service.
• Block specific IP addresses or IP ranges if they are identified as sources of malicious traffic or abuse.

4. Limitation of Liability

Under no circumstances shall the provider be liable for any loss or damage (including loss of data) resulting from the use or inability to use the service, or from the discontinuation of the service as described in Section 2.

5. Changes to Terms

These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
